Marathon Training Secrets was created to provide normal people the secrets of how to train for their first (second or third +!) marathon.
In particular it is designed to provide you with all the advice, tips and guidance on everything you need to know to be able to run your marathon in under 4 or 5 hours and cross the line proud that you've achieved your goal, and you feel in good condition.
You'll learn about training programs, schedules, nutrition, footwear, hydration strategies and most of all, how to achieve your marathon goals.
Our goal is for you to be fully informed and prepared for your marathon. Thus you'll leave no stone unturned in your preparation to become a successful (or more successful) marathoner.
It's certainly something very special, and worth being proud about.
